Loan Terms and Requirements
MR Private Lending offers a 6 month loan (extensions available) and will fund up to 100% of acquisition and renovations costs.
- $25,000 liquidity along with a minimum 650 credit score
- Loan approval within 24 hours
- Draw Inspections and Funding within 48 hours
Fix and Flip Short Term Loan
- Loan to Value (LTV): Up to 75% (of ARV)
- Interest Rate: 14-16% per annum
- Points: Two points (2%), payable at settlement
- Term: 6 months w/ extensions available
- Credit History: Recent judgments, bankruptcies, foreclosures and liens may prevent loan approval
- All loans must be in an LLC with a personal guarantee
